Mike DelRose Sr. graduated from Boston College in 1978 with a degree in accounting and entered the real estate industry shortly after. Since that time, the past four decades have been spent developing a company that serves Greater Boston with all of its residential real estate needs with two core values; Honesty & integrity.  After being dissatisfied with the way his colleagues and consumers were being treated, he opened his first brokerage called Gallery Homes. In 1987, he was one of the first broker-owners in the RE/MAX New England region.

In the early 1990s, Mike pieced the building blocks together for what is known today as the modern real estate team. Within his brokerage, he created an entity to work autonomously consisting of a transaction coordinator, financing professional, and buyer agents. Honing in on this revolutionary concept for the business at the time, it allowed the organization to serve a wider breadth of clientele over a broader region.

Three generations of the family have worked on the team, including Mike’s Brothers, John & Peter, and his Father, the late Concenzio “Connie” DelRose. His son, Mike DelRose Jr. joined the business in 2009. In  2023 the team transformed yet again to prepare for the next generation of real estate. Team member Bobby McShane has moved into the team lead role, accompanied by Mike DelRose Jr. who manages operations. The transition exemplifies the Team’s renown for adapting to new environments and markets, choosing to focus on cutting-edge technology. Four decades of experience and thousands of sales and rentals are a direct result of evolving with the always-changing industry.

Professionally, Bobby started his career as a Sales Consultant and Finance Manager for luxury vehicles after graduating Roger Williams University in 2011. It was there he honed his skills in customer service and negotiation. Transitioning seamlessly into the world of Real Estate, Bobby brings over a decade of sales experience to the table. Mike DelRose Jr. is a distinguished third-generation real estate professional, deeply entrenched in the Greater Boston area. He holds an impressive academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and minors in Business Administration and Sports Management from Salve Regina University, where he graduated as a member of several honor societies. He further enhanced his expertise by earning a Master's degree in Innovation & Strategic Management.

Mike's career in real estate is marked by a rich blend of experiences spanning sales, marketing, and strategic management. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty in 2024, he played a crucial role in various capacities for PropTech startups, from being the Chief Marketing & Enablement Officer at TLCengine, Inc. to the Marketing Manager at ShelterZoom, Inc. His achievements include being inducted into his brokerage’s national Hall of Fame in 2018, acknowledging his personal sales achievements of $1M Gross Commission Income and contributions to the industry.

His work ethic is underpinned by his profound emotional intelligence and empathy, which enable him to guide clients through complex real estate transactions with ease. Shortly after, he became the Team Manager of the "Mike DelRose Team" which is now known as the "DelRose McShane Team". He obtained his real estate license in 2019 while maintaining his role as the team manager. Today he serves as the Director Of Business Development for the DelRose McShane Team of Coldwell Banker.
