Founded by Mike DelRose Sr., a Boston College graduate (Class of 1978, School of Management), the DelRose McShane Team has served Greater Boston for over four decades. After retiring from the Watertown Fire Department in the late 1980's at the rank of Captain, Concenzio "Connie" DelRose (1926-2022) followed his sons into the real estate industry. Connie was excellent as a professional and was adored by his clients.

The DelRose McShane Team spans three generations. In some cases, clients have gotten to work with Connie, Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. on different transactions over 3-4 decades.
